Christoph Bauernschmitt

Christoph Bauernschmitt studied law at the Friedrich-Alexander-University of Erlangen-Nürnberg. After the First State Examination in Law he completed his legal clerkship at the Bamberg Regional Court and passed the Second State Examination in Law. At the same time, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair for Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law and Philosophy of Law of Prof. Dr. Hans Kudlich, where he was awarded his doctorate in law from the Faculty of Law at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg in 2020. In addition, he was sponsored by the German Academic Scholarship Foundation as a doctoral scholarship. He has been working as a notary assessor since 2019.
