Yang-Sheng Chen

Yang-Sheng Chen was born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. He was awarded the LL.B. degree by the National Taiwan University in 2005. Then he passed the Taiwan Bar Examination in 2006. After receiving his LL.M. degree from the National Taiwan University in 2009, Yang-Sheng began his experience as a foreign student in Germany. The Free University of Berlin conferred on him the LL.M. degree in 2013 and the Doctor of Laws in 2020.
