Carina Behre

Carina Behre studied law at the University of Osnabrück specialised in European public law. After passing the state examination she was research assistant at the European Legal Studies Institute Osnabrück at the chair of Prof. Dr. Thomas Groß and wrote her doctoral thesis on European administrative law. Since 2017 she serves her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Celle.
