Maximilian Banzhaf

Maximilian Banzhaf studied Law at the University of Augsburg and graduated in 2016 (First Law Exam). He worked at the University of Augsburg as a research assistant at the Chair for Public Law, European Law and Public Economic Law and at the Augsburg Centre for Global Economic Law and Regulation until 2019. He obtained his doctorate degree at the Law Fac-ulty of the University of Augsburg in 2020. Between 2020 and 2022, he completed his legal clerkship at the Kammergericht Berlin. Since December 2022, he has been working as a clerk in the administration of the German Bundestag.
