Anna Melikov

Anna Melikov studied at the University of Cologne and has an additional qualification in Eastern European Law. Her interest in Eastern European law was shaped by her participation in numerous seminars at the Institute for Eastern European and Comparative Law at the University of Cologne as well as by numerous visits to various Moscow universities. After being admitted to the bar in 2014, Anna Melikov advises national and international companies on all corporate law matters, in particular on corporate transactions and restructurings in the area of corporate and M&A with a focus on Asia.
