Anja Linnertz
Anja Linnertz, born in 1992, studied law at the University of Bonn from 2011 to 2016 with the major subject »Business, Capital Markets, Taxes«. She then worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Commercial and Corporate Law of Professor Dr. Jens Koch. During this time, she completed her doctorate on »The Delegation by the Executive Board of a Stock Corporation«. In 2018, she has started her legal clerkship at the Duisburg Regional Court with a station at the Chamber of Commerce in Riga and a station at a major law firm in the field of corporate law.
