Anabel Wenzel

Anabel Valentina Wenzel studied law at the University of Frankfurt. During her studies, she worked as a student assistant at the Substitute Professorship for Civil Law with Prof. Effer-Uhe, and as a tutor for contractual law, unjust enrichment law, tort law, and family law. Between 2018 and 2021, she worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law with Prof. Wellenhofer. In parallel, she prepared a dissertation supervised by Prof. Effer-Uhe at the University of Cologne. Following work experience at the law firm A&O Shearman, she was a trainee lawyer at Frankfurt Regional Court from 2022 until 2024. Since May 2024, she has been a judge at the Local Court Frankfurt.
