Alexander Schmid is a legal intern at the District Court of Munich, research associate at the law firm CMS Hasche Sigle (Technology, Media & Communications and Data Protection Law), former research assistant and doctoral student at the Chair of Public Law, Security Law and Internet Law of Prof. Dr. Dirk Heckmann at the University of Passau and member of the Drone Advisory Board of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure. Alexander Schmid is (co-)author of legal opinions and studies for international companies and authorities, (co-)author of legal publications, monographs and commentaries as well as speaker of scientific lectures in the legal fields of IT law, data protection law, copyright law and product liability law.
