Alexander Gorskiy, 2009 to 2014 study of law in Moscow and Tübingen. 2014 graduation in Russian law (diploma lawyer) and 2015 graduation in German and International law (LL.M.). In 2015 to 2018 PhD study at the University of Tübingen by Prof. Jochen von Bernstorff, LL.M. and Prof. Martin Nettesheim sponsored by the Konrad Adenauer foundation. December 2018 PhD in German and Austrian constitutional law. In 2017 to 2019 junior research assistant at the chair of Prof. von Bernstorff. Since 2017 lecturer of Russian law at the faculty of law in Tübingen. Since 2018 in civil service of the city of Tübingen.
