Alexander Brak

Alexander Brak studied law at the University of Osnabrück (2011–2016). Subsequent to these studies, he worked as a research assistant in an international law firm in Düsseldorf before he graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law with a master’s degree (LL.M) in 2018. While writing his doctoral studies, he then worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Company and Economic Law at the University of Osnabrück. Since 2020 he completes his legal clerkship at the higher regional court Oldenburg with stations in Osnabrück, Düsseldorf and Oldenburg.
