Alberto Povedano Peramato

Alberto Povedano Peramato studied law at the University of Cologne, graduating in 2015. Since March 2016 he has been working as a research assistant at the Institute for German and European Labour and Social Law at the University of Cologne. His thesis on the international implications of industrial action law, which was mentored by Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Ulrich Preis, was completed in 2019. Since 2018 he has been conducting his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Cologne with stations in Madrid and in the employment law department of a corporate law firm in Düsseldorf.
