Ahmad Chmeis

Ahmad Chmeis is a judge in the judiciary of Lower Saxony and a lecturer at the Gottfried-Wilhelm-Leibniz-Universität in Hanover. His main research interests are the different regimes on cartel sanctions within the European Union. Dr. Chmeis has authored numerous publications in the field of consumer and competition law to date and was awarded scholarships by the Germany Academic Exchange Service, the State of Lower Saxony, the Friedrich Ebert Foundation and the FAZIT foundation.
