It shows, i.a., that criminal law norms are partly illegitimate and have no priority, a gap in the regulation of subject-matter jurisdiction including a legislative proposal, that the concept of subject-matter also covers incorporeal objects, indices for a present danger and for rebutting the presumption of ownership.
