»Individual Ethics and Democratic State«

Theory of the State and Constitutional Law were in Germany traditionally based on Legal Thinking in forms of a »Transpersonalstic Concept« of the State: Religious convictions, social structures in forms of Family Life, but primarily Organisations of Power-Politics furnished categories dominated evolutions. Contemporary Democracy is organized in the German Basic Law (Grundgesetz) in constitutional Rules founded on individual Ethics, personal convictions. More than Legal Protection – a space for evolution has to be given to this in a new general concept of »Personalistic Constitutional Law«.
