This book contributes to the field by interpreting H.L.A. Hart’s internal point of view as a set of empirical hypothesis and evaluates them in light of findings in experimental behavioral economics. Additionally, it presents a new experiment with a specific jurisprudential aim. The results are then compared to other empirical methodologies.
