New Approaches to promoting Equal Pay between Women and Men
»New Paths to Equal Pay«: Based on a functional legal comparison, this doctoral thesis analyses new paths to promoting equal pay for women and men. Different approaches from Anglo-Saxon legal systems are presented and examined as to whether and how they may be implemented in Germany. The study includes, among other things, an affirmative defense against equal pay claims for employers who have conducted an equal pay audit as well as ways to strengthen the German anti-discrimination agency.
