»Artificial Intelligence and Proposals for an EU-Regulation«

Artificial intelligence is one of the central issues of our time, but German and European law still remains silent. The article deals with the relationship between man, technology and law and calls for a quick legal regulation beyond mere ethical guidelines after an introduction to technical, social and legal developments and the constitutional foundations. The author does not leave it at criticism, but constructively submits a completely formulated proposal for a basic EU regulation on artificial intelligence.
