Der theoretische Ursprung der Verfassungsänderung in Taiwan
Description
The doctrine of the constituent power is created by Abbé Sieyès and proves to be revolutionary. However, its impact and political meaning alter to the opposite in the case of Carl Schmitt. In this book, the author reconstructs the contradictory conceptions of constituent power of Sieyès and Schmitt. Moreover, this book further indicates their influences on the conflicting discourses in constitutional debates during the constitutional amendments since 1990s in Taiwan.
