»Liability for Capital Market Information and Capital Maintenance Rules in the German Stock Corporation«

This thesis examines the conflict between the liability for capital market information and the concept of capital maintenance comprehensively for all relevant liability claims as well as all relevant capital maintenance rules. To the extent the liability claims prevail, the author further explores whether the goal of capital maintenance can be achieved through recourse claims of the stock corporation against the shareholders who benefit from the event which caused the liability to arise.
