»The Timely Information of Workplace Employee Representatives«

The purpose of the thesis is a profound interpretation of the legal term ›timely‹. In an interdisciplinary approach Robert Rentsch analyses at what point in time the workplace employee representatives have to be informed about a decision of their employer in order to be able to influence this decision. In consideration of recent behavioural economic research and for every existing statutory provision, the author develops a definition of ›timely‹ which takes account of the reality of economic decision processes.
