»Cross-border Divisions of Corporations. Corporate Mobility within the European Union«: The author analyzes the corporate mobility directive which was transposed into German law by the UmRUG in 2023 and, for the first time, includes a positive regulation of cross-border divi-sions. The author examines a variety of individual issues related to the directive's text as well as the newly introduced abuse control concept in European transformation law. During the analy-sis, the provisions of the directive are embedded into the evolved construct of European com-pany law.
